This process is unpleasant for children because they feel traumatised, which causes anxiety. Objective: Knowing application of play therapy level anxiety due hospitalization. Method: The case study research used a report. Results: Based on data found after results both clients, experienced decrease levels; levels decreased significantly where became mild marks with face already visibly relaxed, began interact, decreased.
